The Clan-Based Team Challenge!
For over 900 years, the Highland Games have been a peaceful competition for the so-called “clans” in Scotland to find the strongest and fastest clan. Nowadays, they are as popular all over the world as ever!
Now you can take on the role of a Highland Clansman or Clanswoman and become part of your own clan. Start by designing your own clan crest and then use your skill, stamina, strategy and team spirit to overcome various challenges as a team.
Together with your clan, you will compete against the other teams in various disciplines such as axe throwing, caber toss, barrel rolling, tug of war, archery, wellington boot throwing, tree trunk slalom and much more. Immerse yourself in a different culture and discover the new-found sense of community within the group.
If you wish, you can round off the day after the traditional competition with a hearty meal or barbecue and be entertained by fire-eaters and musicians in the evening. A bagpiper or rum/whisky workshop/tasting to accompany the day are also available on request.
